I’ve been thinking about starting some yoga time with my toddler baby girl. It might be a good way to get some exercise in and have fun with her.
But, I don’t know the first thing about yoga.
And, just how do you get a squirmy toddler to do yoga moves?
I came across the book Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Toddlers and Preschoolers.

I haven’t checked it out yet, but am thinking it might be worth a look.
