I know many women prefer dresses over jeans, but while I like skirts and dresses too, I’ve always loved wearing jeans. To me, they are one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing I wear. With the seasons changing soon, I know denim will be a big part of fall fashion for many, including myself. I took a peek at some of the denim selections at my local Walmart and found a couple of new jeans that work perfectly with my new favorite fall boots! I’m pretty happy with these new pieces and am looking forward to wearing them as our Florida weather changes. Check out the fall looks I put together with jeans and tops I found at Walmart!
Fall Fashion Made Easy with Versatile Denim Looks
Pink(ish) Plaid
To be honest, I’m not much of a plaid girl, but I’ve seen others wearing some really cute outfits that incorporated plaid and thought I’d give it a try. This pink(ish) plaid button down shirt really called my attention in the store and I knew it would look great with some skinny jeans and my boots. This outfit includes Faded Glory Skinny stretch jeans (only $9.88!) and the Faded Glory Plaid Shirt ($13.94), which I paired up with boots and accessories I already owned.
Classic White & Denim
When I put together my day to night outfit last month, I fell in love with the Faded Glory Jeggings I found! I really like how comfortable they are and wanted to get another pair, this time in a dark denim instead of black. With a price of $12.44, it’s not hard to get a few pairs! I paired my new denim jeggings with a white tunic-length top I already owned, coordinating accessories, and the same boots. (I’m determined to take advantage of boot season and wear these boots as much as I can this fall!)
All-Purpose Sweater
Though it doesn’t get very cold here, save for a few days later in the season, there are plenty of times when a light sweater is handy. Early mornings, rainy days, and freezing-cold buildings, are all a great reason to carry a comfy sweater you can just throw on over your outfit. I loved this cranberry-red, mid-length, Faded Glory flyaway cardigan that I found for just $9! It’s super soft, a great color, and goes great with a variety of clothes I own, including – you guessed it – my brown boots! Plus, it will look great with both the jeggings and skinny jeans I found!
There are so many denim options for women at your Walmart, including L.E.I. for juniors, Jordache, Lee, and Walmart’s Faded Glory line. Both the jeggings and skinny jeans I found happen to be Faded Glory (their price point makes them hard to pass up), but I loved the look of many of the L.E.I. jeans and may try some out in the future.
