Convenient Kid Snacks with Lunchables Jr.

Lunchables Jr. Kid Snacks

If your children are anything like mine, they often go in the kitchen and either ask for or scrounge the pantry for a snack. Even my two-year-old will walk into the kitchen and declare, “I want shnack” when he’s feeling hungry in-between meals. I like to keep food they can grab for themselves around for just such occasions and it helps if the food is already in small pieces they can easily grab. We recently received complimentary samples of Lunchables Jr., a new product to Walmart that fits this description perfectly! Check out what my kids thought about them!

These Lunchables Jr. products come in four fun flavors: Ants on a Log, Blueberry Bonanza, Teddy Bear Picnic, and Very Beary Crunch. Each comes with a fruit – apples, flavored apples, or raisins – plus a combination of crackers, TEDDY GRAHAMS, or peanut butter. Suited for children ages 3 & up, Lunchables Jr. will work great as an after-school snack, school lunch side, or anytime snack for young children. The food is in small pieces, which is great for small hands and helps with portion control.

Lunchables Jr. Kid Snacks

My kids tried out three of the four flavors and enjoyed the fun combinations. My two-year-old was all about the crackers and dried fruit (no peanut butter for him yet), while my seven-year-old enjoyed the peanut butter dip for her TEDDY GRAHAMS and fruit – she even created a teddy bear pool for them as you can see in the photo up top! I can definitely see them eating Lunchables Jr. while we’re on the road too, since it’s pretty convenient and compartmentalized.

While I keep a variety of snacks in the home and try my best to provide the kids with healthy fresh options, Lunchables Jr. makes for a fun and convenient occasional snack. I even found myself snacking along with the kids!

Which Lunchables Jr. flavor do you think your children would like the most?
