Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Products Now Available at Walmart

Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Products Now Available at Walmart

My husband and I occasionally purchase organic products and I’ll honestly say that one of the reasons we don’t do so more often is due to the cost. The cost of buying every single item our family needs in the organic version would make us go over our grocery budget, so we do what we can and buy organic when able. If your family is very conscious about buying organic products, however, you’ll be happy to know that you can soon find a new line of organic and natural foods at a much lower price with the introduction of the Wild Oats brand to Walmart!

Wild Oats Marketplace Organic can be found throughout Walmart stores beginning this month. The line will include nearly 100 products with items like spices such as paprika and ground cinnamon, canned vegetables, chicken broth, pasta sauce, salsa, apple sauce, and beans, among others. Prices vary depending on the product, but as examples, a 6 oz can of Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Tomato Paste costs $0.58 and a 15 oz can of tomato sauce $0.88, just like other 15 oz cans of Wild Oats Marketplace Organic canned vegetables. Walmart estimates its customers will save 25% or more when comparing Wild Oats to national brand organic products, which is pretty awesome, don’t you think?!

The assortment of Wild Oats products you find at your local Walmart will vary from store to store, but hopefully you find there is enough variety to meet your family’s needs. Personally, I’m interested in trying out some of the canned vegetables as well as the tomato sauce and tomato paste, which are products we regularly purchase and keep in stock. The prices of the Wild Oats Marketplace brand are just about the same as the brands I already purchase, so if I can buy organic for the same price (or even a little more without drastically going over our grocery budget), I’m happy to do that for my family.

I heard about organic products coming to WalMart the other day – thanks for the details!… I’ll definitely be trying them. I keep tomato sauce and tomato paste as well as canned beans in my pantry at all times, so next time I need to restock, I’ll check them out.

Tracy, actually Walmart already carries many organic products, but this is a new brand they’re starting to carry this month and adding to their organic offerings.
