I know there’s a lot to get done during the busy holiday season: shopping, entertaining, decorating, and of course, creating family memories! Sometimes it’s hard to fit it all in, but this weekend you have the chance to cross a couple things off your holiday to-do list, all in one stop! Walmart stores across the nation are hosting in-store holiday events this weekend, including FREE photos with Santa! Won’t it be great to get some of the holiday shopping done AND let the kids take their annual photo with Santa all at the same time? Read on for the full details of the events, where you’ll find them, and when you can head to the store!
Free Photos with Santa!
Santa will be at nearly all Walmart Supercenter stores this weekend, providing families a free photo! You can get a 5×7 photo with Santa or a 5×7 Christmas-themed photo – either for free! Your family will also receive a keepsake photo holder and candy cane or a treat from Santa. How fun!
When: December 6-7 and December 13-14 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Taste of the Holidays
Learn how to put together quick, budget-friendly, dishes this season for holiday parties and events! During the Taste of the Holidays food sampling and recipe demo event, you’ll get step-by-step instructions for how to make various holiday dishes. Plus, find recipe ideas on the Walmart site!
When: December 6, 11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Toys & Gadget Demos
If you want the chance to test out some toys and gadgets before you purchase them (and see if your kids will REALLY like them), then head to Walmart this Saturday to do just that! You’ll be able to demo top electronics and entertainment gifts, like tablets, smartphones, video games and consoles! In addition, if you’re shopping for a new gaming console this Saturday, December 6, then check out the gift card offers you can get!
- Purchase an Xbox 360 or Wii U console and receive a $50 Walmart gift card. (Cannot be used on the purchase of the console itself.)
- Purchase a PS3 and receive a $25 Walmart gift card. (Cannot be used on the purchase of the console itself.)

While you’re shopping at your local Walmart, you can support families in your local community by donating new, unwrapped toys and coats to Walmart’s “Fill the Truck” Toy Drive. You can drop items off in your store’s donation box right now through December 14!
