The holidays can be filled with visits from friends and family, as they should be! If you have holiday guests visiting with you this month, you may be in need of tips for keeping them entertained and comfortable. Providing your guests with an extra special touch can show you care and will be appreciated. Check out these simple holiday guest tips and ideas for keeping your guests happy!

3 Ideas for Keeping Holiday Guests Happy

3 Ideas for Keeping Holiday Guests Happy

1. Have Coffee Ready (or tea, if preferred)

Neither my husband nor I are coffee drinkers. However, my parents, brothers, and pretty much my entire family drinks coffee. So, whenever they plan a visit, I make sure to have coffee around for them. If your guests are more into tea than coffee, then keep some tea in stock.

3 Ideas for Keeping Holiday Guests Happy, Keurig K300 Coffee

Luckily, there are easy tools to help non-coffee drinkers like myself provide coffee to holiday guests. The Keurig 2.0 K300 coffee brewing system with carafe allows me or my guests to easily brew coffee – either individual cups or a 4-cup carafe. Priced at $139, it’s part of Walmart’s Top 100 Gifts list, which means you can take advantage of free home shipping and make this a great holiday gift!

2. Provide Kids’ Games or Toys in Guest Room

If your guest have children, it’s a nice touch to keep some games or toys in the guest room where the kids will sleep. Though most parents prepare and bring entertainment for their children when traveling, having games or toys of your own in the house will help your young guests feel welcome! There are plenty of inexpensive options available at your local Walmart, including board games under $5.

3. Plan a Family-Friendly Movie Night

A fun movie night is a great way to spend time with your guests! Pick a family-friendly movie that both kids and adults can enjoy and pop some popcorn to go with it. The Hamilton Beach Party Popcorn Maker is perfect for making popcorn for a big group – it can pop up to 24 cups in a batch! I’m a huge fan of popcorn, so this kitchen gadget is right up my alley and a great holiday gift idea for anyone like me! This too is included in Walmart’s Top 100 Gifts list and eligible for free home shipping until 12/17!
