Feliz Navidad!

Today is Christmas Eve or Noche Buena.

For Puerto Ricans, this is the day of celebration.

It is the day when we cook our big dinner – pasteles, arroz con gandules, and pernil.

So off I go – but first,Â I just want to say…

Oh, and don’t forget about the coquito!
