		<description><![CDATA[So glad I came across this site. I have had a rice cooker for about a year that I got as a gift and have not used it cause I wasn&#039;t sure how my rice would turn out. I&#039;m going to try your recipe. It&#039;s close to the one I use to make Arroz con Gandules in the heavy pot. I love pegao but don&#039;t need to have it all the time. And so glad that my mom still makes fresh Sofrito for us since I see that a lot of people can&#039;t find it. We also have a big Puerto Rican population so it&#039;s easy to find but nothing beats home made.]]></description>
